After a decade with Clemenger BBDO and seven years working in London, I identified a critical gap faced by many small agencies: navigating the space between bookkeeping and tax compliance without access to the strategic financial guidance needed to truly grow.
Leveraging my deep industry expertise, I saw that what was missing was CFO-level thinking—insightful, actionable, and tailored specifically to the unique needs of creative agencies.
That’s why I founded KMint—to bridge the gap between financial rigour and creative business models. Today, with more than 20 years in the creative agency landscape, I partner with growing teams of 5 to 15 staff, offering both short-term project support and longer-term retainer engagements.
Why I get out of bed every day
I’ve always loved transforming complex—often dry—financial conversations into clear, visually engaging stories that spark motivation and drive meaningful results. I believe numbers don’t lie; they’re facts you can trust. When presented in a show-don’t-tell format, they become powerful tools that inform, inspire, and empower.
For me, clarity is the catalyst for confidence—and confident leaders drive profitable growth. I’ve had the privilege of sharing this philosophy with agencies and industry bodies around the world, from in-house workshops to keynote stages in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and London. And the joy never fades—especially when I see that “Ah-ha!” moment in someone’s eyes, when the numbers finally make sense and their next move becomes crystal clear.
